One Year Later,” a program in observance of the devastating tornado that struck parts of Essex County on February 24, 2016. All community members are invited and encouraged to attend this ceremony that will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2017 at the Tappahannock Fire House at 620 Airport Rd.
