    On May 15, 2018 the Essex County Board of Supervisors held a special meeting to discuss the planning and implementation of a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the County. Davenport and Company provided a presentation to the Supervisors detailing the rational, process, and options for creating and funding a CIP.
